Team building workshops

Team building workshops are designed to enable participants with the immediate skills they can implement in their settings to help with challenges or opportunities. 

We do this through off-the-shelf and custom sessions, engaging participants in activities and facilitated conversations that achieve the desired outcomes of the sponsor.  

This service is applicable to both new and existing teams in order to help them form a collective identity, improve collaborative ways of working or to re-energise and problem-solve a challenge that they may be facing.

    We can work with small groups from 4-8 people up to big room facilitation of 100+ people. 

  2. How long are the workshops?

    They are usually between 2hrs to a full day of activity.

  3. What is a workshop like?

    Workshops are designed around your outcomes and provide for an experiential process to engage participants with active learning.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is facilitated coaching with very clear steps designed to achieve an action that can be taken away by the coachee or other participants.

Conflict can present opportunities. Our conflict coaching helps move a group towards action, raising awareness of how to explore those possibilities. Conflict coaching resolves the immediate conflict, that may be ongoing, it can also change peoples perspective.

Our conflict coaching not only helps move a group towards action, but we also offer training to raise group awareness of not how to stop conflict but rather what possibilities may be available from it, that the group may not have originally seen.

  1. Where does conflict come from?

    Conflict is a sign of something else happening, we get in the way of that happening as we are uneasy about dealing with conflict. 

    Conflict occurs from toxic communication patterns. Becoming more self-aware helps to understand and deal with the conflict.

    Individuals and teams can be coaching in conflict management.
