Melika is 1ovmany's Chief of Staff and is responsible for supporting the CEOs and company enablers to ensure we are focused on our strategic goals and priorities.

Tom is an 'Entrepreneur in Residence' and has been instrumental in shaping our Value Streams. He's Co-founded a Brewery and a Dog Biscuit company and can often be found with a Huel, advocating for continuous improvement.

Aaron is our serial networker and broker for VC's/PE's and our clients. As well as business development support Aaron is also the person most likely to be in the office 5 days a week.
