Our Training Approach
Our training is designed for adult learners and focuses on how human beings naturally and normally learn
1
Connections
In order to learn effectively, you’ll want to connect your own past experiences and prior knowledge to the topic you’re learning about. Our approach makes the topic's we teach meaningful to you.
2
Concepts
Fitting the new information into the cognitive, emotional, and physical world you already know can be a struggle until you can find that fit between what you already know and what you’re learning about. We try to make this easier.
3
Concrete Practice
This step goes hand-in-hand with the one before it. As we learns new information, it becomes a trial-and-error application of that information to what we know, this means that you’ll want to practice using the information you’ve learned.
4
Conclussions
Throughout the learning process, the brain assesses what it has learned and how it can use the new learning, our new learning is folded into the old, as we evaluating what you’ve learned and how you can use it. This is why our training is very hands on and practically with exercises and interaction.
“I enjoyed working with 1ovmany - they are very responsive and highly professional. Their depth of knowledge is fantastic and no matter what questions or scenarios are thrown at the team, there’s always a sound response.”
