Helping them to:

They will help you to create a clear and communicable organisational strategy, backed up by an understanding of what your customers actual need, how they measure success and how performant you are in delivering on those needs.
How we do it
Our OKR Consultancy can be delivered in three stages providing you with commercial flexibility
OKR Creation
We help you to identify what is essential to your customers and develop a strategy map that is the starting place for impactful company-wide OKRs. From this, we can architect your OKR system and train the organisation to use OKRs.
OKR Cycle Facilitation
Our consultants will facilitate your OKR events, helping the teams plan how they will achieve their OKRs. We facilitate sessions to check in on progress against the key results and initiatives planned, helping the team to understand their progress.
Build Capability
Sustainable change is at the heart of how we do things, so we ensure your people are able to Coach the organisation, design the OKR events and train your people after the 1ovmany consultants have left. We call this capability offload.

The OKR Method
1ovmany use the OKR Method as our standard approach to OKR implementations. [The OKR Method](https://theokrmethod.com/)The OKR Method is the world’s most comprehensive and freely available guide for the implementation of OKRs that any organisation, coach or trainer can use without the need for a license.
We chose this approach so that our training is accredited but that also our approach and process is open source, constantly evolving and transfereable across any organisation or team member. This approach is simuilar in nature to Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and is done to achieve our goal of sustainable change.
