Why do you need this?

Optimising one part of an organisation will invariably impact the other parts, knowingly or not. To work best, significant changes need to be implemented with consideration for the whole organisation as an interacting eco-system. This is where 1ov can help.

The Accelerate approach is designed to uncover dysfunction, convolution, and inefficiency, to illuminate hidden issues, and reveal the interconnection, communication and flow problems present in the functioning of your organisation.

What does it cost?

We are driven by the genuine desire to help organisations of all shapes and sizes and our primary consideration is where we see we can make a positive difference. To this end, the best way to understand what it would cost is to have a conversation with us where we can understand your situation and aspirations and we can then see how things would cost for you specifically.

As an indicator, for a growing small to mid-sized organisation in a single UK based location with around 5-10 development teams and about 200 employees, we would suggest 4-6 weeks with an indicative cost of about £40,000.00.

What are the core components?

Accelerate is delivered in three core components. Each part will comprise clearly understandable and direct insight :

  1. The ‘big picture’: Every organisation’s picture is unique but what they have in common they will communicate clearly information about the state of your organisation and it’s components.
  2. The Issues: We will breakdown where we’ve found issues in both the current operation of your organisation and where we see them surfacing against your aspirations and any specific change/transformation already on your roadmap.
  3. The Recommendations: A tool kit of options for you to consider how you can optimise your organisation to get where you need to go.

What happens after we deliver the core components?
